Chris Trafford has 30 years successful professional and property investment experience. He has significant experience in residential and commercial property investments. He is a Fellow of The Australian Institute of Company Directors (FAICD) and a director of a number of public and private companies in the corporate and non-profit sectors. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from The University of Melbourne. Chris is a co-founder of Carbon Community Foundation, and The Business Sustainability Roundtable. He is a passionate and committed social entrepreneur, with a particular goal to resolve social problems through sustainable market-based initiatives.

In 1998, Chris formed Davidson Trahaire, which grew to be Australia's largest supplier of employee assistance, human resources and corporate psychology services, serving over 500 organisations and employing more than 150 staff in 10 offices throughout Australia. He previously held management positions in Government and corporate organisations. Chris has 2 children and lives in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne.
